My first visit here actually left me the impression that they are kind of the cut-throat rip off makan place.. It was for a colleague’s farewell and we were shocked to see how they charged the dishes by pax in the receipt… I guess it’s the package meal some sort… Imagine 2 plate servings of kangkung (water convolvulus) is charged at MYR42!!!!! The total bill that time came to around MYR300 for 12 pax if I’m not mistaken….
We learnt our lesson to not order the dishes by pax anymore this round… This time round is again, for another colleague’s farewell.

Deep fried squid, small @ MYR 8.00, crispy and good!
Curry fish meat @ MYR 5.00 per pax… they actually count by pieces of fish meat… come to think of it.. economy rice wan cheaper lo :P But it’s nice, the flavour and the aroma…. yum! Tambah nasi please! (Add rice please!)
Stir fry brinjal(eggplant) in chili sweet & sour kinda sauce, small @ MYR7.00.. not bad..
Telur dadar, small @ MYR 3.. also not bad.. slightly oily…
Stir fry kailan, small @ MYR 7.00.. tasted okay.. but i felt they they’ve cooked it a little bit too long…
Calamansi lime with sour plum @ MYR 8.00 per jug…. ice overload….
The interior of the restaurant, well kept and maintained…. a lot of wooden furniture and fish tanks…

Staircase to the halls and sinks outside the washroom… and it’s clean!
And this time round, meals for 8 pax cost us MYR101, which we felt quite reasonable…. and portions ordered were all just nice…. So this round at least changed my perception a little, it’s not that bad as long as you know how to order… :D
