This is my second time there... auntie don't make laksa on daily basis.... only on demand with 10 bowls/packs minimum... because of the tedious process and auntie use good fish... not cheap fish that in the end looked like shredded wet toilet papers :P
Irene, one of the GAM, sales team is auntie's regular... so laksa here is always courtesy of Irene. So she will invite the entire team for laksa session, either eat in or take away.... so it's like around 30 bowls & packs all together. The shop is only one small corner lot located behind Bayan Point Maxis centre. On normal days, they have economy rice and zhu char oso i think... not sure... The auntie is like super friendly, courteous, lively and energetic... she is always very happy to see Irene come... haha... she will prepare laksa for each of us and will make extra sides.. the first time i went she made oyster noodles.... this time she made like chicken chop in gam heong sauce like that.. got curry leaves... very nice... the whole family is like all super courteous i tell you.. and Another GAM always kena perli as the auntie's son in law... hahaha... cos Irene always promote auntie's daughter to him... haha...
yummy laksa...... and you get to eat fish meat pieces... generous amount of fish meat, pineapple and basically everything....
